Compound slag remover: The slag remover is a new type of composite slag remover jointly developed by a number of scientific research units after five years of joint research and development. The quality of its products has been proved by actual use, and the product quality is at the same level in the domestic industry, comparable to similar foreign imported products, and the price is much lower than imported products. Now it has been supplied to more than 3000 domestic enterprises and furnace charge companies all year round and exported abroad. Its main raw material is pozzolanic minerals, and its main component is silicate. It is made by special processing and proportioning. It is mainly used in molten iron and steel in the casting process. Deslagging and heat preservation of aqueous solution.

It is mainly used to gather the insoluble matter on the surface of the iron aqueous solution to make it easy to remove and ensure the purity of the iron aqueous solution; it can also be used as a high-quality insulation covering agent and slag blocking material. It has a thicker insulation layer and excellent slag blocking performance. Effectively isolate the air to prevent secondary oxidation of the iron aqueous solution.

The slag remover does not burst, spreads quickly and uniformly, and has a strong slag accumulation ability. Effectively prevent slag inclusion defects in castings, improve the inherent quality of castings, increase the yield of castings, and reduce production costs; the method of use is simple, the labor intensity of the workers is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.

1. Slag removal and slag retention: High-efficiency slag remover can be used in ladle, tundish and electric furnace. After being evenly spread on the molten surface by hand or spray gun, it can quickly gather into a slag shell that is easy to separate from the metal solution with a little agitation. The pure solution can be obtained by removing the slag shell to avoid slag inclusion in the casting and improve the quality. And it does not burst, splash, stick to the bag, or hang on the wall.
If slag blocking is required, a slag accumulating agent can be added to the ladle or furnace mouth after slag removal before casting to form a striped floating dam, which can block scattered slag, eliminate manual slag blocking, reduce labor intensity, and improve production efficiency.

2. Thermal insulation coverage: The high-efficiency slag remover has a low thermal conductivity, and a good thermal insulation layer formed on the surface of the molten metal can reduce the heat loss of the solution. This is an excellent thermal insulation covering agent for intermediate subcontracting or metal solutions that need to be parked for a long time.

3. Environmental protection: The high-efficiency slag remover does not penetrate the molten metal, does not affect its chemical composition and the mechanical properties of the casting. No smoke, dust and harmful gas pollution, can purify the environment, and civilized production.

4. Dosage: The general addition amount of high-efficiency slagging agent is 1~3kg/T of metal solution, which can be increased or decreased according to the size of the melt area, the temperature, and the impurity content of the smelted metal.

Its main raw material is volcanic ash mineral, and the main component is silicate. It is processed and proportioned through advanced technology. It is mainly used for removing slag and heat preservation of molten iron and molten steel in the casting process.
