1. Recarburizer for steelmaking
2. Recarburizer for cast iron
3. As a friction material: such as additives for brake pads
3. Types of recarburizers
1. Graphitized petroleum coke recarburizer: the calcined petroleum coke is used as a raw material, and the calcined petroleum coke is placed in a graphitization furnace, after high temperature graphitization, physical and chemical reactions occur, and sulfur and ash are removed. Sometimes called artificial graphite recarburizer, when used in recarburizer, it is often called ultra-low sulfur/low nitrogen recarburizer.
2. Calcined petroleum coke recarburizer: After low-sulfur petroleum coke is used as raw material, the petroleum coke is placed in a calciner, and after high temperature calcination at 1300℃, physical and chemical reactions occur and the moisture and volatiles in the petroleum coke are removed. The product.
3. Low-nitrogen recarburizer: applying a special production process, through multiple processes, the calcination temperature reaches 2400℃, the sulfur content (S) is reduced to below 0.05 (500PPM), and the nitrogen content (N) is reduced to 0.02 (200PPM) and increase the permeability of the carbon particle pores, thereby increasing the melting speed and absorption rate of the recarburizer in the molten steel, achieving the effect of high-efficiency recarburization.
